Remember when you had to return to School after your summer break for the start of a new term , that feeling to get like butterflies in your stomach. I feel exactly the same right now. I am going back to work after a month long break because I was in depression. ANd now that I am finally going back I cant help but feel nervous. What changes are there in the staff (I know there are two new joinees in my team) will they like me.. ?? have there been changes in the procedures , the way we work . … Arghhh !!!!! I am so Nervous about coming back.
I was able to chat with some colleagues on friday at the wedding (check my prev posts) which did help to take some of the edge off , but i cant help feel nervous.
Do you guys have any Suggestions??
